Oryataş Inş A.Ş - Orya Holding

The residence project, built by ORYATAŞ İnş. A.Ş., the construction company of ORYA HOLDING, is situated on a total land area of 45,000 m². It consists of two residential towers with a total of 40 floors—3 floors underground and 37 floors above ground—covering an approximate enclosed area of 115,000 m².

The project includes a 3-floor parking garage of approximately 25,000 m², as well as 526 residential units for sale. Additionally, it features various amenities such as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, children’s club, cinema, club lounge, and club house facilities.

The project was completed in January 2018, and residency has commenced.
