HPM Project Management was founded in 2025 in Istanbul by Architect Haluk Özsoy.

Born in 1973 and a graduate of Gazi University Faculty of Architecture, Architect Haluk Özsoy has a professional career spanning 31 years, including 8 years (2002-2011) abroad, managing the project execution of numerous luxury international hotel, residential, and shopping mall developments. Starting as a site manager, he advanced his career as a project manager, project coordinator, and general manager in leading construction companies.

Since 2011, he has been at the forefront of high-end project management in Istanbul, Turkey, overseeing prestigious developments. Most recently, from 2018 to the end of 2024, he served as the Project Coordinator for the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Ultra-Luxury Hotel project in Kuruçeşme, Istanbul, under the umbrella of Astaş Holding.

/Hedef Project Management

At the end of 2024, he decided to leverage his extensive expertise by establishing his own company, HPM Project Management, to undertake project management and construction services for new developments in Turkey and abroad. Thus, he stepped away from Astaş Holding to focus on new ventures.
